We want you to love our products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day risk-free return policy for items purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your item in its original packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, including all liners and accessories, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
